You asked, we answered! January's Headshot Happy Hour event was such a success, we had to RUN IT BACK! Join Women at Werk and Nightingale Enterprises for quick, professional, on-site headshots during our spring edition networking event playfully themed "WERK in the City." During this event enjoy charcuterie treats and cocktails while we capture your professional headshot amongst the beautiful backdrop of our downtown Jacksovnille city views!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What should I wear?

It depends on how you’ll use the photo, and whether you are trying to tie it into the branding of your company or profession. We recommend choosing colors and styling that make sense to your audience and the image you’re trying to portray.

Are there any additional costs?

The session includes (1) digital image file formatted and licensed for use on social media profiles, email footers, digital newsletters, and on your website.

Additional photos and larger file sizes suitable for large-format printing will be available for purchase for those that want them, and you will have an opportunity to upgrade your image with additional Retouching, if desired.

When do I receive the photo?

A preview link including 10 images captured will be emailed to you within 48 hours after the shoot. Select your favorite(s) to begin processing your request. Exact turnaround will depend on how many participants we have, but we are aiming to have everything edited and delivered approximately 2 weeks after the event.

Can you make me look… younger, thinner, etc.?

The session includes a basic edit to adjust the exposure, crop, and contrast, and minimal touch ups of things like flyaway hairs and stray threads on clothing. Additional Retouching will be available as an upgrade for those who desire things like arm, chin, or tummy slimming, wrinkle reduction, skin smoothing, teeth whitening, hair volume or root touch-up, and other similar cosmetic changes.

What if the event is busy… Am I guaranteed a spot?

Everything is first-come, first-served, and our photographer will shoot from the beginning to the end of the event. Those who pre-register will receive a guaranteed time slot, and any remaining time will be used for those who pop in at the event.

What if I pre-register, but then can’t make it?

We understand things come up last minute. As a courtesy to others who might be waiting, please try to let us know as soon as possible so we can give your time slot to someone else. A secondary date for reshoot will be offered as a one-time courtesy to accommodate multiple persons within this category. No individual dates will be offered. No show participants forfeit their time slots and any fees paid as a consideration to our photographer.

Pre-Register below. We’ll send you a confirmation, forward you our calendar link to book your time slot 48 hrs prior to the event and then we’ll see you at the shoot! You may also pop up at the event to register for a time slot. Please note that slots are first-come, first-served and based upon availability.
